Hello, I am new to the forum. I need some help about medication for postmenopausal osteoporosis. My mother is 50 years old and she just went through her menopause phase. It is said that when you have already done your menopause, you have a risk to get postmenopausal osteoporosis. Ibandronate.She takes it everyday in order not to get osteoporosis. Do you think she is right by taking this medication?? I have read some side effects of boniva and I am worried fro her. Can this affect her health?? Please give me some advice...
