Just a Quick Question ...

I'm new to Macrobiotics and this Forum.

Is anyone aware of PCOS (an endocrinal / infertility disorder that causes a myriad of very unattractive symptoms.)?

Just wondering if anyone can lead me to articles about how macrobiotics might help with infertility (especially PCOS), or perhaps if you've had similar problems you could offer suggestions.

Also, any lifestyle articles/suggestions/recipes for newbies?
