A natural cure for heel spurs and other ailments

I became interested in macro after being introduced to it by an aquantence. I noticed that I felt better eating his recommendation of whole grains, fresh vegetables and by cutting out the refined carbohydrates. I have been having trouble letting go of meat though. I do not knwo if I have low levels of B vitamins or what but I find that if I do not eat fiah at least three times a week I have problems with depression, concentration and various other problems.
I also have had a bought with a foot condittion wich has caused a heel spur. I was wondering if there is any information on natural methods of removing cacium deposits and spurs and or preventing them. I read soemthing about excess salt and or high levels of vitamin D can cause them as well as lack of vitamin B12 but I am not sure. Should I go through with the doctor prescribed ultrasound remidy or is there another option. The condittion can be very painful at times. Any advice?
