oops. wired on herbal stimulant, help me

In a desperate tired moment, this morning I took a pill someone gave me
with 75 mg of citrus aurantium, 170 mg MaHuang, 455 mg Guarana,
as well as some other things...
I ;d never used these before and am having an undesired reaction.
Sweaty, shaky, wired but exausted, and everything I think about makes me anxious, and food doesn't taste good. I am worried because I've been struggling with sleep problems and chronic fatigue, and though I seem to be approaching the end of the battle, whenever I break my diet vows and consume caffeine, sugar or alchohol I end up setting myself back sometimes a week whatever progress I have made. Since I have avoided extremes for over aweek, I am anxious and do not want to be set back any more, and wonder if there is anything I can do, diet wise or herbs today or tomorrow to make the swing of the pendulum not so severe after I come down.

Thanks.

oops, there goes another....

MJS,

Since you've given the reader little to nothing about yourself regarding you general overall condition, constitution, what your general diet is, what it has been for the last 10 days and also for the last six months and last 7 years, it's too difficult to suggest what to do next but to just hang in there and ride this thing through.

Also when asking for advice on any substance please identify it completely and not just name some of it's ingredients.

Thank you, very much.

Bruce Paine

I'm sorry --
I guess I was really worried, and didn't think much before
I typed my thoughts. Was just wondering if there was something
that would have mellowed me out a little bit. But I'm much better
now, thanks.

Making it a little easier...

A really useful source for dealing with many of the illnesses and maladies that your body has to contend with, is the book "Healing Ourselves: a Book to Serve as a Companion in Time of Illness and Health" by Naboru Muramoto which is out of print but can often be found at places like http://www.bookfinder.com .

Another good source is "Macrobiotic Home Remedies" by Michio Kushi which can be either found at bookfinder or from one of these macrobiotic distributors:

George Ohsawa Macrobiotic Foundation (G.O.M.F.)
http://www.gomf.macrobiotic.net/

The Kushi Institute Store
http://www.macrobiotics.org/kistore.html

Read all the mb books you can find to better understand diet and healing and then soon you will be helping others.

Thank you, very much.
