Hi - I am getting tests done about my stomach problems. Symptoms include: stomach pain in lower left side, infrequent nauseousness and diarrhea. About a month ago I was so bad that I threw up for a day, and then was nauseous and had diarrhea for a whole week. Since then I have changed my diet (or have tried to) and have been a little bit better. One day last week my problems re-occured - but this time I only dry-heaved. I went to the doctor last week and am getting tests done over the next few weeks. I was researching what I might have (IBS or Chron's), and came across macrobiotics. I am absolutely excited about this life style - and would love to find out more about healing me the natural way (WITHOUT SURGERY - if I need it). Any tips would be great!!

stomach problems??
Hi Sparrow. The symptoms you have can caused by any one of more than twenty problems, some which have nothing to do with the stomach, so you are wise to get the tests done first and then to seek an alternative healing approach. Let us know what was diagnosed and maybe we can help customize a diet/exercise plan for you.
In peace, Roy |
