Flax seed oil

how is this for your health? many say that vegitarians need this oil. is it true? what are the benefits or downfalls of eating this oil?
any info would be helpful.

On CyberMacro Forums website you will see a "search" button, situated between "f.a.q' and "home" buttons.

Click and then type in "flax seed".

Then you should get five topics in which flax seed has been brought up.

Roy Collins is the resident herbologist and he recommend flax seed consumption for some of those in transition.

I, personally don't have much experience with flax seed oil, though I once tried it with a meal to no ill effect.
