What organic foods of yin and yang are good to eat on a daily basis...?

I know it's important to eat balanced for too much yin and/or too much yang is not good such as eggs, dairy products, meat, vinegar, etc. I only eat organic whole grains such as rice, barley; organic vegetables such as cabbage soup with carrots steamed and boiled; and beans such as lentils. I don't eat any refined sugars, salts, flour etc. I do fasts, short and long fasts on water and urine which helps detoxify the body of the bad chemicals, and poisons in the body. I just started eating macrobiotically yesterday but have been eating organic foods for more than 9 months due to health issues from the past, and growing up not knowing that non-organic foods are not good at all to eat for chemicals and pesticides cause cancer in the body. I know I can eat a little miso soup but I would rather not for sea salt or salt is in miso soup. What other foods can I eat on a daily basis that are both yin and yang but not extreme yin and yang?

Also, during the four different seasons, what yin and yang foods are good to eat for each season?

Thanks,
Katie
