Dawn is on a distinguished road
Am I too yin?

I have severe multiple chemical sensitivity. Presumably this means I have a backlog of chemicals in my system that I can't detoxify. A year ago I saw a well known counselor who looked into my eyes and said "You are being drugged by something." I was taking no drugs or supplements at that time. Unfortunately I don't have the money now to see him again. I never started fully on a healing diet since I was in the middle of a divorce and move. So much is written about Americans and especially women with yeast problems having cravings for simple carbs and sweets. I have absolutely no cravings at all for these things. I crave FAT and SALT (sausages, bacon, potato chips, chicken wings, etc.) Does a craving for these very yang things mean that my system is too yin, (from an excess or drugs and chemicals in the bloodstream, maybe)?

I have read all the Sherry Rogers books. She is where I learned about macrobiotics.

Eight months ago I moved into a house especially built for EI's. I use all natural personal care products, sleep on an organic cotton futon, etc. etc. The whole nine yards. The air here is the cleanest in the country. I'm still sick. I think most of my problems are gastrointestinal. Maybe I've sustained some permanent organ damage. I don't know. Hard to implement the macro diet because I'm so food sensitve, need to rotate etc.
