sore nipples and different sizes of my breasts during pregnancy

Hi. I am currently 4 months pregnant while breastfeeding my one year old baby. A couple of months ago, my left breast started shrinking while my right breast was increasing in size and now I have very small left breast and big right breast. It looks a bit strange.

Also, I am having sore and big nipples. This is my third pregnancy and I did not have this problem so intensely in the past. My baby has been teething since around the time I got pregnant and it might be the cause. I started having enlarged nipples since I was 12 years old and I am wondering if it was from estrogen in cow milk.

I will need the advice on the remedy for correcting these problems and the insight on what is going on in my body. Thank you.
