green tea for teeth?

I am wondering if making a strong solution of green tea daily and rinsing mouth with it last thing at night might help strengthen teeth? My dentist advised me to rinse with prescription fluoride

and I am thinking that I read somewhere that green tea has natural fluoride in it? Thanks for any input
