Re: herbal healing for women by Rosemary Gladstar
Hi Esme, I have read it. My friend has had great results, she was more strict than I . I think it is a great book, lots of info on healing with herbs and more. Do you have a specific question? Lysia

Esme, I am moving and I actually packed my book, but this is what I have done. I drank raspberry leaf nettle tea, and added rosemary for tenderness. Also cabbage is cooling, some place leaves in the bra- not so comfey. Breasts are on the stomach meridian.. not that I can tell you alot about it. Try lots of fluids, Lysia

Re: herbal healing for women by Rosemary Gladstar
Moving is hard but we will have apple trees and blueberry bushes!!! Meridians are based on channels of energy which course though our bodies from one organ to the next. That is where you'll find specific accupressure points. It is fascinating. Directly above and below the nipples- well those to- is where the stomache runs through. Of course other meridiands run through the chest like liver, heart lung- probably more. Any way how are yours doing? It is hard dealing with that... Love Lysia
