running
ive recently taken up running for exercise and wonder if there are any macro runners out there who have advice for when/what i can eat to help me improve my running skills. I run in the evenings and have increased my carb and fat intake slightly throughout the day. I am naturally very slow, so i dont like to worry about speed and enjoy going at my own steady pace but i want to improve my stamina. I know this takes time but iif there is any advice for stamina improvement i would really appreciate it too. Thanks
