Talking Re: dry skin

When transitioning, I too had some dry skin problems, are your lips dry too? Slight swelling esp in the morning of your hands, namely the right hand (which is responsible for the yang side of our bodies). What I'm saying is, you may be relishing in all the salty yumms of macro as your body transitions from being likely too acidic. I found that really REALLY limiting my salts, even just for a few days and super chewing my brown rice helped tremendously. Realize that seaweed and miso and gomashio and ume plums and saurkraut and lots of other foods that are relatively new to your body have tons of salt. Experiment! Hope this helps some
