Hey all:

I'm wondering what everyone's opinion on this topic is.

Thanks for your input.

Plastic surgery? Hmm.. My comment is.. the body's shape/bone structure/physical tissue structure can change on it's own through a continual diet of Macrobiotics.

Case in point: look at photos of Madonna pre/post macrobiotic too see the difference.

I was told that my face appeared different after about 8 months of practicing a good macrobiotic diet.

I believe the face and body can adhere to it's more natural original designed physical features, that can often be camoflauged through processed/fatty foods.

My 2 cents... peace.

Hello, what do you think about breasts? Mine are so stretched and saggy from nursing for years? Thanks, Lysia

Re: Macrobiotics & plastic surgery

In my experience seeing peace and happiness in someone makes them immediately more attractive.

It is also my experience that striving for perfection rather than acceptance and being happy with what is goes against being peaceful and happy

According to TCM, the liver meridian passes through both breasts, and excessive sagginess may be treatable thru acupuncture (or maybe herbs?) by treating the liver meridian. As a matter of fact, I did see such a problem discussed not too long ago by a chinese herbalist on the w.w.w. I wish I could remember exactly where.

Thanks for the advice. Skin brushing? The accupuncture sounds good. I am basically happy with my breasts, but if they could improve I would feel better. Liver meridian goes along with other issues I have as well. Lysia
