Re: help me get on track-precancerous cells

Thanks for your reply! So sounds like I must get a pressure cooker. The ones I have seen are huge and look funky inside. What kind do you like and where do you get them? I usually put a little water and veg in a pot bring to boil and cover and turn down heat for a few minutes. Is that yin or yang? Or I just fry up with a little water. I have never heard of agedashi tofu sounds so good! What about flax seeds? I wonder why I crave nuts? So wierd. I just got two tubs I can fit my bottom in (not an easy shopping task-trying to quickly squat in a bucket!!) in order to do simple hot cold sitz bath. I am not keen on the cold idea but it is supposed to increase circulation and flush stagnations out. At least I can use one for a more concentrated daikon bath. My sweat was so great, we can do them every sunday. I alternated with cold sping water each time ahhh. I was surprised I was still so warmed up after the rinse. Take care, Lysia

lysia,

It seems that garlic and chille peppers might be too strong of a seasoning for someone in your condition.

Do you have a copy of
The Macrobiotic Path to Total Health: A Complete Guide to Preventing and Relieving More Than 200 Chronic Conditions and Disorders Naturally
Written by Michio Kushi and Alex Jack
http://www.simply-natural.biz/Path-To-Health.php ?

Read the chapter on Healing Diets with a particular focus on garlic and other yin seasonings.

Be well.

cool Dude

Re: help me get on track-precancerous cells

Hello cool dude, I do not have access to the book at this point, but generally avoid the chiles. I have heard about garlic. I was using it to warm up and kill bad things. Can you tell me a few yang herbs/ spices? I usually just have onions, coriander, tumeric on ocasion, cardamom, tekka miso and dulse and gomasio although I heaed I should lay off of those for a while. Thanks, Lysia
