Waterless Cooking

I am relatively new to this forum and I am sure that at some time this subject has been covered so please forgive me if I am asking what many of you already know.

Would it be bad to use waterless cookware? I believe I have read that we need water and veggies together to finish a process of changing yin or yang to more neutral. Please help me struggle through this so I dont use waterless if it is not more beneficial.

Don,

Good and bad are not yin and yang (or yang and yin).

Most waterless pots are quite expensive and many well made regular pots (especially the ones made with heavy bottoms and tight fitting lids) are not that costly and no complaints have been made against them.

Check out, for instance, the Innova Classicor 11-Piece Cookware Set that is selling at Cybermacro's own Simply Natural Kitchenware store.

They are similar to the pots we use in our house and looks like what I want for my next place.

It's easier to tell when things are ready when the lids are made of glass!

Thank you, very much.
