Arame and Hiziki

Does anyone have any 'good' recipes for either of these sea veggies? I've been using wakame, kombu and dulse for some time now, but have only tried arame once. I just couldn't get past the strong smell. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks
Leenie

Leenie,

You can read about those sea vegetables in the other post I made this morning but why don't you discard the soaking water and add sauteed yellow onions ( crescents, sliced thinly), carrots (fine match sticks) and fresh corn to add sweetness to your dish.

You can either use water or oil for the sautee.

Thank you, very much.
