Great "Every Week" meals

What is your favorite "every week" meal, one that you fix at least once a week that is easy and really tasty? I have three or four, but am looking to expand my "every week" meal list. Here's my favorite:
  • Tempeh with onions and ginger (recipe in "Macrobiotic Way" - Kuchi)
  • Steamed dinosaur kale sprinkled with ume vinegar, shoyu and ground toasted sesame seeds
  • Boiled rice sprinked with gomashio (sp?)
  • Miso soup with grated carrots, grated daikon, diced onion and wakame
  • Dessert - Crispy Rice Treats (recipe in "Hip Chick's Guide to Macrobiotics")

If you have a recipe that's in a common book, if you could post the book it's in so we could look it up, that'd be helpful. Thanks a bunch, and I look forward to some great ideas!

Re: Great "Every Week" meals

I really love the Baked Wakame with Onions and Squash recipe in 'Hip Chick's Guide to Macrobiotics (page 224).

Soooo yummy!
