Question rice milk

does anyone know how to make rice "milk"? the commercial brands all contain oils and sugars, even the "plain" variety. thanks.

There are various automatic Soy Milk makers on the market that besides making Soy Milk can readily make almond, oat, and rice milk also.
www.cybernaturals.com sells such a soy milk maker.

Cook the rice soft to a congee state and then puree thru a food mill adding water to thin it. It will still be somewhat thick though. A more nutritious and easy to digest milk is almond milk made by soaking fresh almonds for at least 12 hours and changing the soaking water. Then puree in a blender and strain thru a fine strainer or nutmilk bag.
