Macro Restaurants?
Hi all and thanks in advance...
There's a possibility I''l be driving from California to Becket, MA to attend Level 2 and 3 this year. How can find macro restaurants along the way? Can anyone make reccommendations? Much Thanks! Ray |

Ray,
Unfortunately there are very few macrobiotic restaurants left in the world, so the chances of finding any between California and Becket are next to none! Do they teach students how to eat where there are no macrobiotic restaurants in Level 1? If you can do well on vegan and/or vegetarian fare, try these sources: http://www.happycow.net/index.html http://www.vegdining.com/GetRestList.cfm?rgk=NA-US http://www.vegetarian-restaurants.net/ Otherwise, you will have to use Supreme Judgement, chew very well, and give thanks to the greater universe. Thank you, very much. Bruce Paine |

Thanks Bruce,
While attending the Levels at Kushi a student is provided with not only how to eat but 3 macrobiotic meals per day served at the Institute as well. Vegan and Vegetarian is fine. I was just curious to touch base with the macro community along the way if there in fact were any restaraunts. Thanks for the resources. All the best, Ray |
