Marinated Burdock Recipe Wanted
Can anyone give me a recipe for marinated burdock? I've eatien this at the Macro restauraunt in NYC called Souen. It's fantastic! I have the burdock roots, now I just need some good receipes for them.

Why don't you ask the restaurant http://www.souen.net/index.html for the recipe?
There are numerous recipes contaning burdock in many macrobiotic cookbooks. Do you have any macrobiotic cookbooks? Thank you, very much. Bruce Paine
