pickle press?

Hi!
Just wondering if anyone knows where I can find an inexpensive pickle press? I found only one company online who offers some and they are out of stock.

Thanks,
kittee

A full court press.

Here, kittee,

( kittee! :-) ), are some places online selling tsukemonoki or Japanese pickle presses:

Discount Natural Foods has both a 2 and a 3 qt tsukemonoki "vegetable" press.

You have a neat website at:

Regarding your "Different types of sugar" link/page in the "Knowledge" section: I would read Rebecca Wood's book: "THE NEW WHOLE FOODS ENCYCLOPEDIA " ( http://www.BeNourished.com/books.htm ) sections on Sugar, Sweetners, and on Rapudura ( http://www.rapunzel.com/products/sugar.html ) were I, you.

Some masa based foods you might want to include in your "Latina Cooking" section could include sopas, chalipas, tiacoyos, gorditas, picadas, papatzules, taquitos, tostadas, enchiladas, enfrijoladas, chilaquiles, and tamales, among others.

Thank you, very much.

Talking Thanks Bruce!

Thanks so much for you suggestions! Your list of Latin foods has left me slobbering here at my computer. I really appreciate your input.
