Debugging broccoli

Hi,
I've been discovering tiny, gray bugs in my organic broccoli florets lately. I've purchased different brands from different stores at different times, in case I'd just stumbled upon a bad area-wide batch; however, the bugs seem to always be there! I'm now thinking it's a seasonal thing, but to my question -- does anyone know a good way to remove the pests? I've tried pre-soaking but no luck. I'd rather not have to start buying non-organic

Thanks!!
