Smile yangy apples

I have been macro for a few months now, coming from a vegan diet where I ate 3 or 4 apples each day for years, they're my favorite! I know that their energy is very yin, so i've been slicing them and roasting them in a pan with a little sweet brown rice and sea salt with barley malt and powdered cinnamon to finish...it tastes amazing, but does salting and cooking my apples change them to more yang and therefore safer for more frequent use? Thanks, and try this recipe, it's amazing!!!!
