Blood thinners and macrobiotic meals

I am a macrobiotic cook and sometimes cook for people eating macrobiotic fare as a "support" to the Western medical approach to cancer, which presents some difficulties in meal planning. I am now cooking for a woman who is on a blood thinner for a blood clot and have a long list of foods she is supposed to eat in small doses while on the blood thinner. It includes just about every vegetable.

Can someone give me some advice about cooking in these circumstances?

Thanks very much.

Mary
