Hello everybody!

I'm a twenty year old girl. This month it makes one year since I began macrobiotic. I discovered it thanks to a person whose a friend now.
It was the meeting of my life! Since one year I learn to live. It is a sort of new education.
I began in order to help my father who was gravelly ill. After one year of familiar macrobiotic I have learn and changed so much!!!

So I hope that everyday, will be so much rich than the past one...
