just moved in
i just came across this site and it seems really informative.
my problem - in my late 20's but have been battling acne since my teens. i have been on all medications but when my Dr wanted me to go on accutane i decided against it and i am now looking into nutrition and a natural approach. i also had gall bladder surgery and have constant constipation, so i think all this has to do with the issues. just don't want to keep taking meds. any suggestions from you guys i will appreciate!

No matter what you do, do not go on accutane, it has been the cause of almost 20 years of health problems for myself. Do a search and you wil, find that people have gotten hepatitis c, depression etc from taking it.
