hola new to all with lots of ?
hi
I am new to the board. english is my second lenguage please be patient with me. I am trying to change from a western diet to macrobiotic the resons may be many however i am feeling lost as what shall i do or cook for that matter.ihave contact a person here in texas wich is going to be given a lecture on the subject on the 23 of march but what i an to do till then. mean while i am going to a book store to start.
