Pregnant in Boca Raton - Seeking Guidence

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the list, seeking guidance and to gain from the experience of those who are willing to share.

First off, I am the husband. I am not pregnant. :-) Though I understand in some circles I'm to say the "We are pregnant."

With a little humor aside, here is what I am earnestly seeking:

My exposure to Macrobiotics as been occasional; trips to the K.I. and the Summer Conferences. I have practiced for periods as long as six months to one year.

My wife, who is definitely pregnant, has had less exposure, though our first date was her joining me at the K.I.

My wife, whose name is L.A. is willing and open to practices that will enhance her health and well being, and that of our future child.

I have seen the little children at the K.I. Summer Conferences. They are magnificent! I want that for my future family.

Any recommendations, sharing your experience would be greatly appreciated! L.A. is in her first trimester. I am committed to my wife having as positive and as health an experience of pregnancy as is possible for me to provide and to our baby having all the advantages of our providing care prior to his/her birth. I am clear that the actions we take today will make a difference in our child's future.

This commitment is not something I am going to fulfill upon all by myself. It will need to be a community effort.
