Hey Jeanette,
I'm in San Pedro - just around the corner from Lomita! I just getting started with a macrobiotic diet, do you know of any good counselors in our area? Also, I've would love to see a potluck spring up for the South Bay. So far, the only thing I've found is in the O.C....
