Hello every one, I am very new to microbiotics, infact just read my first article today. So what ever any one can teach me will be new to me. I'm ready and excited to learn more. I'm in the process of looking for receipe's to try.

Re: New to Macrobiotics
Anything written by Aveline or Michio Kushi is a great place to start. Christina Pirello also has published some extraordinary books. Another we've enjoyed recently is Jessica Porter's "Hip Chick's Guide to Macrobiotics". Have fun!
