Looking for Cooking Classes in Northern NJ

Hi All,

I am new to this website but happy to have found it. I am finding my health declining over the last few years and I am sure my diet has everything to do with it. My cousin has sustained her health even with kidney disease with macrobiotics for years and I have decided to go for macrobiotics. I have not been successful in finding a cooking class in the Morristown, NJ area and was wondering if anyone could help locate one. I would even go slightly out of the area if necessary. I have also been diagnosed with a large liver cyst and was also wondering if anyone has experience with this situation and any specific eating plan.

I'm wondering if it'd be too far for you to come into NYC for classes? In the "Macrobiotic Cooking Forum" on this site there's some info about classes there. Macro cooking class in NYC

I was just told last week that there is a macro community that meets once a month for potluck dinners in Morristown, but I don't know if they have any type of classes as well.
