I'm a lebanese living in the United Arab Emirates.

I'm glad I found this site since the area I live in doesn't have any resources for information on macrobiotics. The first time I have heard about macrobiotic was from Mariam Nour on one of the lebanese TV stations.
After that I met her cook in Dubai by coincedance and thanks to him I'm on the right track. I had chronic flews ,lung infections, anemia,and a lump in my breast.After I followed the marcorbiotic diet, for only 2 months, my whole life had changed. I can say one thing..I'm a happy person now.
I'm still learning and researching. I think I'm on the right site for that.
