I have recently become interested in macro biotics.

My interest was brought on by ill health. I have tried very hard to learn as much as I can, I hope to share my journey, and learn from others here.

Hello Lulu. I am yet another newby to the group. Have you learned anything about the microbiotics diet? I am now reading "The Cure Is In The Kitchen" by Dr. Sherry A. Rogers, but it is hard to follow her recipe instructions.
