Hi! I am soooo glad I found this site. I have just started researching Macrobiotics and am wanting to get started with the diet for health reasons.
I have read a few posts and find it all so helpful. I have the book "The Macrobiotic Way" by Michio Kushi. I am a really new newbie. I have read a few posts that I have found helpful on getting started.
I am grateful for coming across this site. I live in West Texas and I have found NO one that has heard of the Macrobiotic diet. I live in a small city and we don't have alot of options for alternative health. 45 minutes away is a town with a new Health Food Store. I want to visit it this weekend.

Thanks Gary for all the help! After finding this site I can't wait to go to Midland this weekend shopping and get started!! I have started cutting down on my sugar intake and meat intake. I'm not a big meat eater anyway. So that won't be hard.
