Hello. I'm a macro chef.
I am trying to start a business as a macrobiotic/vegetarian chef and would welcome any ideas/suggestions anybody may have. My training is 2 years at the Kushi Institute as a head chef and completion of the first three levels. I spent the summer working with a couple in New Jersey and am now looking for a new position starting in early October.
