hello everyone!

i've recently turned macrobiotic (last april) and it's been great, as well as tough! i need a support group! i joined because of health reasons, both my parents died from cancer, and i have myoma. i want to live healthy, and macrobiotics has proven to be the way. i have a 3 year old son who i'm rearing the macrobiotic way, and i see the results! he's healthy, sunny, and smart!
