its good to see this nice forum online
i'v learned about MB since many years but i can't go MB and that's because its impossible to find MB products here, Middle East, greedy food companies turned our area into a trash for their genetically altered products , you can't find a single healthy item here, starting from water ending to the daily bread every thing is genetically altered. worse than that is only very few people are aware of this issue. i lived in japan for a while and i started to lose weight dramatically from the first month , after several months i lost around 60 pound, even though i eat more and same life style, only changed my diet into Japaneses one
and here you can't complain and you can't talk you have to accept your bad fortune , i am trying to survive for more than 13 years up to know from all type of mental illness and all what i get is pill and i know its related to diet but no one can listen or understand, you can't even find support group and they don't educate your family about your condition
this is a small description to the condition here in middle east
i hope this would inspire someone to start some support center in middle east

welcome Lovingheart - that sounds tough, there is no none genetic altered grain????? ugh......... Here in the southern US being MB is a lonely walk

What a lovely name you chose. The middle east is a large place, but there are indeed inroads into mb - is it ok to say where exactly you live??

I've seen on the web people in the middle east who are involved in mb - please forgive me, but I'm not up to doing a search right now. I'm sure their names will come up again, and maybe you will find them.

In the meanwhile, you have been very fortunate to have lived in Japan and experienced a positive result from your mb adventures. Just keep looking and I'm sure you will find more and more ways to enjoy what good things there are in this world of ours - and there still are!!!

when i said you can't complain, this is related to freedome of speach and democracy, for that , it might offend someone if i mentiond where exactly i live
i guess there is some people who belive in mb , but its hard to find them, because any new idea here is not accepted , people adapted to what they are in, and i guess there is organic grains somewhere
