I didn't mean to ditch you for so long. After spending the holidays in Houston, I found myself picking up old habits as far as sweets and portions go. Any vegetables that were served by my mom had a cream sauce. There were bowls of Hershey kisses everywhere. Plus we went to a wedding. Because everything was so high fat, I kept going out for lunch with my husband, often meeting my Houston BFF Kristin at different places.
I got back to Edmonton on New Year's, my mom got me a weight watchers subscription for Christmas so I will use that as a way to log what I am eating. However, that first week I ate out 5 times because of how I was living for the two weeks prior. 2nd week tried to go back to Macro and failed, pizza came three times. 3rd week was depressed and taking Fukital, lol. I haven't exercised once this month, bad Alli.

This week, starting today, I am making myself go back to full macro. Because this weekend, we've been living off 7/11's offerings because the car is frozen in a parking lot and I can't get to the store. It should be able to start either today or tomorrow. (It was -33*C Sunday before last.) When the car starts I can go get my ever-growing grocery list taken care of.
For now its grains and what few frozen veggies I have left. I have a headache because I haven't eaten anything sweet today. Hanging in there. Just wanted to shout out to all of you, will do some reading and posting hopefully later today if I don't have to take the bus to Canadian Tire and get a long extension cord to plug my car into the inside of my husband's workplace. I want my transportation back!!
