Hello, I am Rick in Lake George NY. I spent several days at the George Ohsawa Institute in the 70's where my sister lived. I think it was in Oroville CA. There was an older Japanese man who was the head honcho. He had a pack of Marlboros at his desk and he professed to smoking only 3 cigs a day. I received the Smoking Marijuana and Drugs book when I was there. It states " What the smoker inhales is not the violet (yin) smoke but the yellow-red smoke that is so yang.
