Hi Everybody! Alkaline Nutrition / Alkaline Foods - Any Suggestions?

Hello All,

some time ago I started my alkaline diet and I am interested in what your experiences are...

Alkaline and alkalizing foods helped me to balance my body ph, get rid of acid wastes (alkaline nutrition transforms the body’s pH balance from dangerously acidic to slightly above neutral), and made me feel better.

I ate (and am still eating) fresh vegetables, greens and grasses (which are an excellent anti-yeast and anti-fungal, barley or wheat grass (some of the lowest-calorie, lowest-sugar and most nutrient-rich foods, containing high amounts of fiber), sunflower sprouts, flax oil, brown basmati rice, millet, soaked almonds, tomato slices, fresh avocado, vegetable soups and green vegetable juices.

Did you achieve pH balance with alkaline nutrition? What kinds of food do or did you eat?

Whish you good luck and take care,
Mel
