Long time member but have never introduced myself in this thread. I live in SW Missouri now and am originally from Michigan, near Detroit. I came to macrobiotics in 1972 and have never looked back. I made lots of mistakes along the way and still don't have it completely right but I figure that since I've managed to survive for 33 years so far after doctors told me I'd be dead for sure, I guess it means I've done it close enough to perfectly so far.
