Hello!....New Here

I'm so happy to have found this forum since I've just recently decided to return to Macrobiotics after twenty years. I've made the decision to resume my practice since I'm now entering menopause and am having digestive and severe sinus problems.
I now live in the Poconos of N.E. PA but, in the early 1980's was a member of a macrobiotic group in Langhorne, PA. At that time I practiced about five years until my relationship and subsequent move to Vermont made it very difficult to continue with the diet.
Looking forward to discovering macrobiotics and good health anew, as well as meeting other macrobiotic people!

Welcome back to trying again. Sorry to hear it was difficult in Vermont (I have such lovely pictures in my head of that area) and sorry for what you are suffering through now, and hope your journey will soon alleviate the pains.

Also hope you can find fellow mb journeymen in your new locale.
