Hi,
A brief intro. if I may.
My name is Frank Levey and I live in Ann Arbor, MI with my partner Larissa and 18 month old delight Isaac. I am a carpenter by trade, meditation teacher out of gratitude, and my passion is reconnecting with my natural being through putting aside the artificial and going to the woods.
I studied macrobiotics back in the 70's with Michio Kushi and others and , though still practice the guiding principles to a large part my diet is not classic macro.
My more recent desire is to incorporate many of my former macro understandings into my present life. (its a wonder and a joy the gifts that a young being offer when we are awake enough to see!)
So I welcome myself to this forum, in gladness and in health.
