Any MB people in Monterey Bay Area, CA?
Hi, I'm new to macrobiotics and looking for more experienced macrobiotic people in the Monterey Bay Area in California (or on the world wide web) to connect with. I am very familiar with Japanese cooking and love the fact that MB cooking includes so many Japanese ingredients. I am reading a lot about MB on the web and have bought some books, but I would also like to be connected to actual people. I feel very alone, macrobiotically speaking.
