Mother of 4
Hello everybody. I am a norwegian mother of 4 and I just discovered that a macobiotic diet is a wonderful way to help my family stay healthy. And also, I love beeing mostly vegetarian, although I am not a strict one. Since I live in this polar climate, some fish and meat is probably good for us.

Hello Esme, I have two kids. We eat some meat and seafood. I recently started eating meat after my moon, but not red meat before as I pms and this month I had alot less pain- almost none. Four kids!!! What do they love to eat? Lysia

Actually, they are all very happy to eat healthy, mostly vegetarian food. The oldest is 21 the youngest 1, so the little one do not say too much, but he eats.
Anyway, the 3 oldest are girls, and they notice how much easier it is to keep a nice figure on our diet. Like you we are not too strict, but I am just starting to learn about macrobiotics, så we will see. Love,
