bullimic needs help

Hi everybody,

I'm not at all new to this site and macro food&cooking, but I decided to ask for help after a year-long battle with bullimia/overeating. I've read all the posts connected to this ED but what could help me much more is contact with other people who are going through the same nightmare and who might know a way out. I'm aware that all this has deeper psychological causes but I haven't been able to figure out how to digg it out. What makes it more difficult is the fact that nobody around me is aware of all this, I haven't been able to share it, feeling I won't be understood.
So, if anybody out there has a useful advice, info on who to contact and which groups to join, please let me know. I hope this is my first step to getting out of this...

sorry to hear you are suffering. I have been battleing anorexia for 20 years off and on. Unfortunately mostly on. I am also a vegan and trying to go full fledge macrobiotic but it's hard. I feel like if I focus on eating heathy it will take my mind off my disorder, but it hasn't worked so far. I know I was of no help to you but just thought I would share since our situations are so similiar. Good luck
