I am so happy to have found you guys...I've been doing macrobiotics for a few months now and it has changed my life! No kidding...I had/have severe IBS AND after years of the "prescription" doctors I met my guru who led me on the right path to living pain free *thank God*. Not to mention all the other benefits. You'll be seeing alot of me....I have 10,565 questions. Yikes! xxoo
