I live in Carrollton, very near the Plano border, and have been cooking and eating mb food since about 1980, when I was in college at UNT.
If you would like, email me off the site and I can tell you a favorite restaurant where a number of veg/macro people meet in this area. Also, I know the counselors around here, etc. Would be fun to chat with you. I'd like to meet more macro people around here, too.
