Cool Ultimate gourmet oat meal

I used to use shoyu and nutri yeast flakes in my rolled oats.

But now I use umiboshi plum vinegar, dryed orenge peel, fresh grated genger, and nutri yeast flakes and or freshly made peanut butter.

mow I eat much more grains than beans, as it should be.
